A broken pipe caused this home to be flooded with over 7000 gallons of water. Our customer was thrilled that we came in and extracted the water immediately after they called.
The pipe burst on the second story of the house. Nobody was living there, and the water ran for a long time before it was discovered by the property manager checking in on the house. The water damaged most of the ceiling on the main level, ran down the walls and through the floor before finally pooling into the basement. The home needed to be completely taken apart and restored.
