• Condensation: places where condensation regularly accumulates, such as a small bathroom with shower.
• Musty odor: If you’re home has a damp, musty, strange smell, this may be a sign of mold.
• Look for Warping: Moisture in materials such as drywall can lead to warping. If warping is present you may want to test the area.
