Water Damage in Rural Minnesota

Our team was recently called out to rural Minnesota to help on a water loss stemming from a plumbing error. Within four hours of receiving the call we had a crew on site beginning the initial walk through and mitigation. 

The damage incurred was in two rooms, one above the other. The bathroom upstairs had an issue with a toilet valve and had sprayed water for hours before the homeowner got home to find the damage. As water follows the path of least resistance, it had seeped from the bathroom upstairs to the bathroom below it. 

After some initial demolition to open up wall cavities, our team began the work of placing our specialty drying equipment throughout the affected rooms. We were able to dry out the customer’s home with minimal reconstruction, even drying and saving the newly installed flooring in the upstairs bathroom!
