Had a fire in my apartment building, & insurance sent these guys out. They packed up all my stuff & took it to their warehouse to clean the soot & fire smell out, then they held it all in storage until I was allowed to move back into my apartment. All my stuff came back safe & clean, and some of it looked better than it had before the fire. Definitely recommend them. :)

We had the duct system in our new home cleaned by SERVPRO of Sioux Falls. Jesse did a great job! He arrived on time, explained what he would be doing, and made sure I understood  before he began the work. Beyond Belief

I cannot express my gratitude enough for all SERVPRO has done. The tornado caused significant damage to our home. Eric has been amazing to work with. They keep me informed, help me make choices, and is very reassuring! During the reconstruction we have been out of the house. We still had to take care of snow removal while work was being done.  we stopped by to shovel the snow and were Completely floored to learn that SERVPRO’s crew has been shoveling our driveway and sidewalks during the entire project. Every snowfall. We are so happy with work but more importantly with the people!

SERVPRO is the best! We had a small cooking fire and were embarrassed it happened. Shelby and Jon were so helpful! They put us at ease, handled quickly, and I can’t believe they go the smell out of the house!

I had a sewage loss in my basement about a couple weeks ago. A different restoration handled it and said they cleaned it up. I felt they rushed and they didn't explain to me what they were doing or what to expect. Not feeling comfortable in the other restoration company,  I called SERVPRO of West Sioux Falls. I am so thankful I did! They came to look things over and I wanted them to re-clean the areas that were hit. During their process they removed the carpet that wasn't originally damaged. I was shocked!!! Their was still raw sewage under the pad. SERVPRO was very thorough, thoughtful and I felt completely at ease. They did a great job!

We had mold testing done in our home, and there was a big mold problem caused by a hose left running next to the house.  The SERVPRO team was very polite and efficient while they cleaned the house.  The testing afterwards showed it was back to normal.

The home inspector that we had check out our new home before we purchased it assured us that there were no issues, even though we had expressed a concern about a "moldy" smell in the basement. Upon realizing the smell wasn't going away, we had SERVPRO come in and do an inspection. Within 30 minutes on site, he had determined that there was mold growth underneath the bathroom vanity due to previous water damage. They were able to schedule services immediately to get rid of the problem.

Asked them to look at our ducts. I thought for sure he would recommend they needed to be cleaned and we would end up paying for his services. Adam was incredibly honest and upfront and let me know that our ducts were really clean and will not need service for a couple of years.
