Basement filled with garbage and debris

Our team was recently contacted by a customer who needed the basement of their parent’s home cleaned so they could make preparations for the sale of the home. 

After an initial inspection, our production manager realized it will be a big, multi-faceted job. The basement was not taken care of and random garbage was mixed in throughout items that can be cleaned and saved. So on top of throwing out unnecessary items, our team will not be cataloging certain contents to bring back to our cleaning station and restoring for the customer! 

After we had got a few sections of the basement clean, our crew noticed some mold growth on the lower sections of the wall and decided to begin mitigating the mold damage after consulting with clients.
