Roof Leak in Sioux Falls Building

Roof vent froze and caused extensive water damage to seven business. We were able to dry down and put back "Like it never even happened."

The before photos show the water that came down the ceiling and walls. It caused discoloration to the ceiling and you can see the paint damage. Water was trapped in those imperfections.

We removed the ceiling and walls to expose the steel framing. Water pooled into a trough below the floor. After the drying was completed we installed new sheetrock, painted, replaced cove base, cleaned the carpets and completely cleaned the area in nine days. The building occupants were thrilled.
