Multi-Floor Damage

Removed portion of basement ceiling due to damage from water source on main floor.

We recently received a call from a customer that had a water line in their refrigerator burst. Unfortunately, the water took the path of least resistance, as water does, and leaked down into the ceiling and walls of the basement. By the time the customer knew something was wrong, the damage had been done. 

But, the story doesn’t end there! Our team promptly arrived and began the process of assessing the damage and calculating the proper amount of equipment needed to adequately dry the affected structures and materials. After letting the fans and dehumidifiers work for a day, our team returned the next day to begin the necessary demolition process. Once that process is complete and our drying standard has been met, our team can begin the process of replacing the drywall and other affected materials!
